Almagro Group LLC dba Diadem Diversified Services is a locally owned company and has been serving Hawaii since the year 2002 as a single proprietorship. On January 12, 2012, Diadem became a Limited Liability Company and duly registered in Hawaii. We are fully insured and bonded. We are not a franchise and we are not selling contracts.
Personnel
Our people are our greatest asset. The cleaning industry, in general, is notorious for high turnover of staff, but at Diadem Diversified Services we have staff members who have been with us since day one. WE treat our people right making them dedicated and take ownership of their respective assigned task which translates into higher job satisfaction and consistent quality service for the client. In addition, a security background check is being done to all our personnel to ensure that your building and inventory are always secure.

Quality of work is a DIADEM hence we provide our clients with the highest level of quality and customer service available in our industry and always run our company in an honest and ethical manner. Supervision is the key to our success. Customers will regularly see our quality control personnel inspecting the cleanliness of their premises. Our inspector visits the cleanings staff on-site while services are being performed to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
